Digital Performance Manager

EOLIS GROUP is a Digital & Marketing In-housing Company that helps their clients to grow their own in-house digital & marketing capabilities whether they need digital, creative, content, marketing or tech skills or strategic thinking around in-housing models, organization, technology, finances and talent.

Defines and implement the acquisition and optimization strategy of the various acquisition levers such as SEA, affiliation, display, newsletter, SEO in connection with the overall digital acquisition objectives.
Collaborates with external agencies and ensures the follow-ups, reports and appropriate end-to-end measures within the limits of the available budget.
Manage the optimization of traffic in order to increase the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns: purchase of advertising space, purchase of keywords on search engines, affiliate campaigns, links with price comparison sites, organic and paid referencing with the aim of bringing in qualified leads.
Performance and reporting: develop dashboards in order to measure Internet user traffic, the audience and site traffic, and the conversion of advertising campaigns. Propose, based on the results of the campaign corrective action plans.

Required knowledge and skills?

Master the A / B Testing tools on the market
Use tracking and audience measurement and performance tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.);
Sensitive to new technologies and on the look-out for developments, new products and services, best practices on new digital trends.
Strong analytical capacity, knows how to read and interpret data and is able to draw action plans from it.
Knowledge of targeted advertising networks and promotional practices
Knowledge of the banking, credit and payment universe is an asset
Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in digital marketing.
Experience of at least 5 years in a similar function
