You will complete a two-year internal training program where you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment and account management. In the first semester, you’ll learn how to present yourself in the best possible way, how to use LinkedIn like a true professional, how to write compelling job offers, and how to negotiate professionally. In the second semester, you’ll learn all about techniques for client meetings, sales negotiations, key account management, and closing deals.

Parallel to your training, you will start your job at EOLIS GROUP. Initially, you will work as a recruiter. By the end of the process, you will be an accomplished Business Manager or a Digital Recruiter Specialist, depending on your preference.

You will work closely with our teams of Business Managers, Recruiters, and clients on a daily basis. On the professional side, you’ll think about things like research, pre- and post-interview conversations, and handling feedback. On the client side, you may think of interviewing, for example, to determine the ideal professional’s goals, terms of employment, aspirations, and personal attributes, skills, and expertise.

Depending on your ambitions, you will develop your skills during this program, e.g. in coaching our consultants at the client site, in relationship management, expanding existing partnerships, and/or acquiring new clients. You also have the opportunity to become a Senior Manager/Recruiter if you are passionate about recruiting activities.
