Sales/Business Manager

EOLIS GROUP is looking for a Sales / Business Manager to reinforce our dynamic Brussels team!

What will be your role?

Your mission is to develop and manage your own consultancy business unit, which includes:

‍

Participating in and elaborating of market strategy
Create new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting and acquiring new customers
Manage the relationship with customers and understand their needs
Optimizing business profitability
Commercial negotiation and closing offer deals on service-based contracts
Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives
Selection & recruitment of your new team of consultants
Manage your own team of consultants
Supervision of the financial status of your activities and your business profitability

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
Native speaker of Dutch or French and fluent in English.
You have a confirmed sales experience (0 to 5 years) ideally in consulting or recruitment sector
You show great interest in the evolution of Digital and Ecommerce.
You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active.
You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but also you are a team player keeping focus on the company’s interests.
You show initiative and are motivated to reach the planned & ambitious goals.
