• A-Z responsibility for UX research and UX design of digital processes, interfaces and customer communication
• Goal: increase customer satisfaction, user-friendliness and accessibility of digital services
• Work in close collaboration with IT, marketing, retail, sales and product management
• Explore market trends and evolutions
• Explore different options for concept and design
• Define high-level user requirements and a first version of the design
• Acquire and incorporate detailed insights from user tests and usage data
• Meetings / Set up alignment with relevant stakeholders (business and IT)
• Organize / Participate in discussion groups with clients
• A/B testing

• Extensive experience with different wireframing and prototyping software tools: Axure, Invision or equivalent
• Experience with design software tools: Sketch, Photoshop or equivalent
• Knowledge of user experience methods and techniques to evaluate solutions (interviews, card sorting, test protocols, Ulabs,…)
